2012-2013 Uvertura City Mall, Botoșani – RO

In the Romanian city of Botosani was build one Shopping Center, and hosting retailers such as H&M, which has a 1,500 sqm store, a Carrefour hypermarket, Go Sport, Lee Cooper, Kenvelo, Eponge, Jolidon, Sabrini and Beauty Mania, among others. In total, the mall is hosting around 80 retailers.

The mall required investments of some 27 million EUR by the owner, Danut Prisecariu.
