The company was born in Iași, Romania, where Petru founded it at the age of 27 as a partner in Artis Design Investment Srl. Its early focus was on providing essential IT support to local businesses—handling everything from basic network and IP configurations for printers to managing supplies like ink, toner, and paper.

UVERTURA SHOPPING MALL BOTOSANI – RO represented a change of the main activity. Instead of working for more than 100 companies a year, the new approach was to focus on one big project at a time. The main tasks of this project were to install all aspects of the alarms such as wiring, control panels, keypads and camera systems.

With several large projects underway, the approval of physical surveillance projects has also become necessary. This became possible with the help of SIEMENS, which provided the necessary course support for authorization as a Security System Engineer, ensuring the legal framework necessary for this purpose.

In association with BERATUNG ADMINSERV SRL Brasov as a recruiter, the maximum limit of 100 technicians who can be hired by one engineer in Germany is reached. Still, communication dificulties between the two parties lead this agreement to its end in 2017.

In colaboration with Elektrobau Garvert GmbH , during two years, aPI Computerhandels Baesweiler consisted in the largest project made with only 5 technicians, with almost no fluctuation of personal during this time.

In August, we launched a local Dutch branch of Leuce Srl Romania, operating under the name Leuke Network Services. With a dedicated team of 10, our upcoming projects will be primarily based in the Netherlands.

While future work will be centered in the Netherlands, the company’s most recent international project was Silberkuhlsturm SKT Essen in Germany, completed between May and October 2017.

This year marked the end of our collaboration with Regio Service Elektrotechniek BV, our first Dutch client — a partnership that helped us establish a strong foundation in the Netherlands.

Also, we’ve strategically shifted our focus: from investing primarily in people, to investing in the company’s capabilities, infrastructure, and long-term resilience. This pivot allows us to build smarter systems, strengthen our core expertise, and deliver even greater value in future projects.

Starting in April, Hof van Heel marked the start of a long-term collaboration with Jansen Bartels Installatietechniek BV Venlo. Working alongside Peters Bouw en Onderhoud, a member of the same group of companies, we played a key role in constructing and commissioning the KNX automation installation for the newly built state-of-the-art office and warehouse of Peters BNO, which was successfully completed in 2024.

March marked the beginning of an exciting new collaboration with Solid Systems MRO Elektrotechniek BV. This partnership highlights our commitment to delivering seamless, efficient solutions and transforming innovative ideas into reality. It also laid the foundation for working closely with two of the most respected IT and hardware support companies in the Netherlands: Centric Netherlands B.V. and Simac Techniek N.V.
