Along with farmland and machinery, silos are the most important long-term investment on any farm. It is also one of the most expensive, by the way, because, on average, a silo with a capacity of 5,000 tons costs around 500,000 euros. In 2014, a farm from Băilești built a new state-of-the-art silo.
