2019 Wertha Boulevard in Weert – NL

On the former Industriekade of Weert, a park appeared with semi-detached houses with patio gardens, spacious apartments, water villas and town houses. Directly on the new Werthaboulevard, a beautiful new residential environment was created: Park Zuytwillemsvaert. An ambitious development, because the more than 200 houses and apartments that was built here are located in a remarkably green and water-rich environment.
