2023 JD Sports Heerlen – NL

Panattoni Park Heerlen is on loan to JD Sports . The building was built according to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standards. GXO is taking care of JD Sports full omnichannel logistics management for the European markets from Limburg. Heerlen is an important logistical gateway to the European markets. The distribution center there is serving as a central hub for JD Sports operations in mainland Europe. The distribution centre is equipped with the latest technology and automation solutions and can be further expanded in the future. The building has a total of about 70,000 m2 and includes more than 60,000 m2 of warehouse, 6,500 m2 of mezzanine and more than 1,600 m2 of office space.
