2023 MAN Service Venlo – NL

On behalf of MAN Nederland Dealer BV, construction of a new and extremely sustainable MAN dealership building on the Tradeport West Industrial Estate in Venlo, on the corner of Eindhovenseweg and Columbusweg, started on Wednesday 19 September 2018.

Sustainability was an important starting point in the design of the new building. Optimal insulation and intelligent systems ensure minimal energy consumption. This energy is also largely generated by solar panels on the roof of the beautiful building. These offer a total capacity of 125 kW. The building has no natural gas connection and is heated by means of heat pumps. LED lighting is also used, while an intelligent connection between the various systems prevents energy waste.

When intelligent connection – KNX – between the various systems needed to be reconfigured for connecting with the new alarm panel, it became a priority for us that the installation will be fully operational, so updating the settings was bassically one routine procedure.
